Recipe:
Serves 4 — 370 kcal.
150 g butter;
3 eggs;
3/5 cup of milk;
300 g flour;
0.75 cups of sugar;
1 tsp baking powder;
1 tsp vanilla sugar;
pinch of salt and soda.
The time of readiness — 25 minutes.
1. Melt the butter on a mild fire. Butter should only slightly melted and become warm — heated to a hot state is not necessary. It is possible to melt the butter into the microwave oven.
